We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our return policy is 30 days from the receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com and we will walk you through the process. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange. Once your refund is processed, a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
All of our items are handmade, sometimes human error happens, and we sincerely apologize for that. We will replace items that are defective or damaged.
If your item becomes broken or damaged by accident or by little hands, we will gladly attempt to repair it and send it back to you. We just ask you to cover the shipping costs.
If the item was given to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
By accepting or purchasing a Gemma and Filo product, you agree that Gemma and Filo LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries arising from use of the product (whether intact or damaged).
Products can be sharp and harmful if swallowed.
We take care to ensure quality products are made and delivered. However, if an item does break, it may increase the risk of choking hazard or other injury. Sharp jewelry parts are not toys or weapons, and as with any sharp item, carry the possibility of causing serious injury or death. Be sure to supervise children at all times if they are wearing a piece of Gemma and Filo jewelry or purse. Do not let children sleep unless the item has been removed.
